What does integrated communications look like? If you take a walk through Runyon Saltzman Einhorn, Inc. (RSE) in midtown Sacramento, you’ll see a busy advertising firm with an in-house video and digital production operation. Next door, you’ll find an open office filled with marketing, public relations, social marketing and social media professionals.

RSE strives to communicate across any kind of media, to all kinds of audiences. For example, a video for a website can blend into a social media campaign supported by advertising and earned news media coverage.

RSE’s community roots also run deep, back to its founding by Jean Runyon in 1960. Since then, countless local non-profits and community causes have come to know RSE as a valuable resource and long-term partner. From public relations and public affairs, Jean and co-founder Estelle Saltzman grew RSE into an advertising firm. They then pioneered the local practice of social marketing, which applies traditional and non-traditional marketing techniques to effect behavior change for social good.

Today, RSE maintains an ability to tackle national, statewide and local campaigns, and maintains a satellite office in Los Angeles. The 60-employee firm is guided by Saltzman, as chair of the board; Christopher Holben, president and public relations director; Jane Einhorn, client service/business development; Scott Rose, public affairs director; and Paul McClure, advertising. Visit www.rs-e.com to learn more, and you may recognize a few fellow Sacramento Metro Chamber members among their clients.
