Team Giving is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency supporting charitable community organizations by matching businesses and service groups with volunteer projects.
Increasingly, businesses and corporations are challenged to demonstrate their commitment to the community through volunteer activities. Non-profit organizations, by nature, can be understaffed. Their existing personnel are managing the day-to-day operations of the organization and opportunities can be missed due to time constraints and lack of resources. In order to facilitate & coordinate volunteer projects, however, they need and want help and assistance. We reach out to and connect with companies, individuals, and service groups in our geographic region and then match them with projects non-profit organizations need assistance completing.
Our Mission: To inspire, guide and advocate for regional non-profit organizations by matching their needs with businesses, corporations and service clubs to complete volunteer projects.
We offer a coordinated path for volunteer groups and individuals to participate in projects and experience the benefits of volunteerism and community philanthropy.
Since March of 2016 we have coordinated over 720 volunteer hours with 209 volunteers for 20 non-profits in Sacramento and Placer Counties.
