This year, we visited Brooklyn, NY on October 9-12. Once viewed as second-prize to Manhattan, Brooklyn has risen as New York’s most sought-after borough. With milestone policy decisions, catalytic rezoning ordinances and major investments in waterfront recreation, business development, urban farming, industrial revitalization, and innovative commercial development, Brooklyn will showcase how this highly dense urban community has emerged as one of the state’s most desired placed to work, live and visit.
We learned so much from Brooklyn’s rise and we hope you consider joining us on future trips to help shape the conversation and translate what we learn into actionable outcomes for our own economic, social, cultural and environmental benefit.
