While preparing for Cap-to-Cap a few weeks ago, our team created a group Spotify to keep us connected and motivated for the week ahead. As I listened to the many songs curated by our team, I realized the undeniable uniqueness of the individuals that shaped that playlist. Our individuality impacts the way we, at the Metro Chamber, represent, support, and advocate for our business community. As our team continues to grow, I always am delighted and intrigued by the unique qualities of each personality – often thinking about how their new perspective will aid in our Commitments to Change. This week I challenge you to do the same by reflecting on the diversity of your internal teams – celebrate how these distinctive viewpoints can better support your business community!
